Underpinning our approach is Ayurveda, an ancient system of holistic medicine, originating in India and still used by millions worldwide, including many high-profile individuals, to support healing, to find balance in life and to achieve overall well-being.
On arrival, Tomaz Mueller will take you through an in-depth Ayurvedic health consultation and assessment process and will create a tailored retreat itinerary for you. Tomaz is a veteran practitioner with nearly 40 years of experience. TOMAZ MUELLER
Tomaz is an accomplished Ayurvedic and Holistic Health Practitioner with over three decades of experience. He began his journey with Guru Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the founder of the transcendental meditation movement, and went on to open and manage prestigious Ayurvedic clinics across the globe. Before opening Awakening Alchemy Retreat Centre with Dan, he ran his own successful clinic in central London where he helped clients, including celebrities and royalty, to achieve profound wellness transformations. DAN SHEPHERD
From astrophysics to energy healing, Daniel's unique path has certainly taken him down roads less travelled. He lived in Japan for many years, running a language school and working as a translator before retraining in Singapore and returning to the UK to work in sustainability. After suffering serious burnout and chronic back pain while working in the corporate sector, Daniel discovered the Alexander Technique, which transformed his life and inspired him to become a practitioner to help others heal emotionally and physically, to find more internal freedom and balance.
