1. WEBSITE USE:
You are authorized to use AAPMA's websites, including www.tomazmueller.com, and online information solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any use of AAPMA's websites, including www.tomazmueller.com, and online information for illegal purposes, or in a way that could harm, overload, or impair AAPMA's websites and online information, or interfere with other users' access, is not allowed.
2. BECOMING A MEMBER OF AAPMA
a) Mailing List or Newsletter
By subscribing to AAPMA's mailing lists or newsletters, you become an associate and temporary member of AAPMA, and you will receive updates and information about AAPMA's events.
b) Donations
When you donate or compensate for time, knowledge share, or property to receive benefits from AAPMA, you become an associate and temporary member of AAPMA. As an associate member, you will receive benefits based on your donation or compensation, as well as occasional updates and information about AAPMA's events.
c) Full Members
When you make regular donations or compensation to AAPMA to receive benefits associated with specific levels, courses, programs, or knowledge-share, you become a full member. As a full member, you are entitled to all the benefits associated with your specific level(s), course(s), and program(s), as well as other privileges and benefits that may be extended to members from time to time.
3. DONATIONS & COMPENSATION
Recommended donations and compensation for time, knowledge-share, or property vary based on the level, course, program, or property that you choose. By making regular donations or compensating for time, knowledge share, and property, and by opting into a specific level or program, you agree to the recommended donation or compensation specific for that level, course, program, knowledge-share, or property. AAPMA reserves the right to change recommended donations and compensation at any time.
4. RENEWAL & TERMINATION OF AAPMA
Please refer to the AAPMA Charter and Bylaws and the AAPMA Agreement and Terms.
5. COURSES & PROGRAM POLICIES
AAPMA's courses, programs, knowledge-share, or property support personal and spiritual growth and well-being. Participants must be 18 years or older, or if under 18, accompanied by a parent or guardian. The information provided during courses, programs, knowledge-share, or with property should not be used as a substitute for medical advice, and you should always consult a medical practitioner. Any use of the information provided within the courses, programs, knowledge-share, or property is at the AAPMA member's discretion and risk.
Neither AAPMA nor its ministers can be held responsible for any loss, claim, or damage arising out of the use, or misuse, of the suggestions made, the failure to take medical advice, or for any material suggested on third-party websites.
As a member of the AAPMA receiving benefit(s), you are responsible for attending at the pre-arranged time and date of your course, program, or knowledge-share, with the facilitator. For virtual courses, programs, or knowledge-share, please familiarize yourself with the application procedure prior to your appointment.
You may record your one-to-one course, program, or knowledge-share, as part of being a temporary member, for personal use only. If you are late for the course, program, or knowledge-share, the facilitator cannot exceed the time allocated for your course, program, or knowledge-share due to scheduling.
As a member, if you feel the course, program, or knowledge share is not working for you or is not what you expected, you have the right to end it within the first 10-15 minutes of the course, program, or knowledge-share, and a full refund of your donation or time compensation might be offered. If you do not speak up at the time, the facilitator cannot offer a refund of your donation or time compensation later.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR COURSES & PROGRAMS
Facilitators for all AAPMA courses, programs, or knowledge-share, follow a strict cancellation policy, except when you have booked the benefit of a 15-minute free initial discovery call. If you cancel your booking for a course, program, or knowledge- share, with at least 72 hours' notice in advance, you will receive a full refund of your donation or compensation for time. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be offered an alternative time. Please note that if you cancel within 24 hours of the booking, we cannot offer a refund of your donation or compensation. For courses, programs, or knowledge-share scheduled on a Monday, you can only reschedule if you inform your facilitator by 5 PM on the previous Friday (UK time).
7. EVENT POLICIES
All AAPMA events are primarily intended for an adult audience, and attendees must be 18 years or older. People aged 15-18 can attend, but only if accompanied by an adult. This is because of the deep emotional work or sensitive subjects that may be covered, which are not suitable for a younger audience. For cancellation policies for specialized retreats and seminars, please contact AAPMA directly at admin@tomazmueller.com.
8. SITE POLICIES
The information, courses, programs, knowledge-share, and property provided by AAPMA should not be used as a substitute for medical advice, and you should always consult a medical practitioner. Any use of this information, courses, programs, knowledge-share, and property is at the discretion and risk of the AAPMA member. Neither AAPMA Ministers, facilitators, nor AAPMA can be held responsible for any loss, claim, or damage arising from the use or misuse of suggestions, information, courses, programs, knowledge-share, or property, or the failure by the AAPMA member to take medical advice, or for any material suggested in information disseminated by AAPMA online or offline, or on third-party platforms.
9. PHYSICAL ITEMS POLICIES
All physical items offered by Tomaz Mueller or AAPMA are private property of AAPMA and offered to its members as a benefit for a recommended donation. Each member making use of this specific benefit does so at their own risk. Product Safety Regulations are adhered to and clear instructions of use are provided to its members. Therefore, neither Tomaz Mueller nor AAPMA can be held responsible for any possible adverse effects.
If you are not yet a member of AAPMA and wish to make use of a specific benefit in the form of a physical item, an additional contribution of 0.01$ allows you to become a temporary member and gives you access to this specific benefit.
10. STORE POLICIES
a) Privacy
AAPMA generally does not store credit card details, and we usually do not share customer details with any third parties. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
b) Delivery
Digital benefits will usually be delivered within 36 hours via electronic download, although AAPMA reserves the right to change this depending on the nature of the benefit and the time required to prepare it. Delivery times for physical property will depend on the geopolitical situation at the time, location, and other factors. AAPMA will make every effort to minimize delivery times to the best of its ability.
c) Returns, Refunds & Cancellations of Digital Benefits & Knowledge-Share
Due to the nature of digital data, we cannot offer refunds of any donation or compensation for digital benefits received by members.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or any subsequent modifications, do not use or access (or continue to access) the AAPMA websites, including www.tomazmueller.com and online information.
12. AGREEMENT AND WAVER OF RIGHTS
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between AAPMA and you regarding the use of AAPMA websites, including www.tomazmueller.com, and its online information and supersede any prior agreements between you and AAPMA relating to your use of AAPMA websites and its online information. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The failure of AAPMA to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
